When the Motorola DROID landed on Verizon Wireless back in October to rallying cries of “droid” the very uniquely styled Android-powered smartphone became arguably the first Android phone to make its way into the hands of the masses and quickly rose to become arch nemisis of Apple’s iPhone. Move forward 7 months. With today’s launch of the DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC, the iPhone has a new foil to contend with — and perhaps one of the most important measures of a smartphone’s abilities lies in the realm of its web browser.
